These Community Guidelines exist to keep Magency safe, fair, and enjoyable for everyone. By using Magency, you agree to follow these rules in addition to our Terms of Use.

1. Core Principles

Magency is:

  • 18+ only
  • Creator-first
  • Community-driven
  • Live-interaction focused

We do not tolerate abuse, exploitation, or illegal activity.

2. Age Restriction (Strict)

  • You must be 18 or older
  • No minors in livestreams, rooms, or content
  • Creators are responsible for ensuring compliance
  • Violation = immediate suspension or permanent ban

3. Respect & Behaviour

You must not:

  • Harass, bully, threaten, or stalk others
  • Use hate speech or discriminatory language
  • Encourage self-harm or violence
  • Intimidate or shame users
  • Engage in sexual exploitation or coercion

Be respectful — even in disagreements.

4. Content Rules

❌ Prohibited Content

  • Illegal activity or instructions
  • Sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance)
  • Non-consensual sexual content
  • Extreme violence or graphic harm
  • Terrorism or extremist propaganda
  • Fraud, scams, or financial deception
  • Impersonation or identity theft
  • Copyright infringement

⚠️ Sensitive Content

Content involving:

  • Adult themes
  • Alcohol or substances
  • Mature language

Must comply with law and platform rules and may be restricted or removed.

5. Livestream Rules

When going live:

  • You are responsible for your stream
  • No illegal activities on camera
  • No nudity involving minors
  • No coercive behaviour
  • No scams or misleading fundraising
  • No recording or redistributing private content without consent

Magency may end live sessions at any time if rules are violated.

6. Virtual Coins, Gifts & Monetisation

You must not:

  • Manipulate gifting systems
  • Exchange gifts for illegal services
  • Mislead fans for financial gain
  • Attempt chargeback abuse
  • Create fake engagement or transactions

Violations may result in:

  • Loss of earnings
  • Feature restrictions
  • Account termination

7. Impersonation & Authenticity

You must not:

  • Pretend to be another person or brand
  • Misrepresent affiliations
  • Use misleading profile information

Verified creators may be subject to additional checks.

8. Privacy & Safety

  • Do not share private information without consent
  • Do not record private conversations
  • Respect boundaries in DMs and live chats

9. Enforcement

Magency may take action including:

  • Content removal
  • Temporary restrictions
  • Monetisation suspension
  • Account termination
  • Reporting to authorities where required

Actions are taken at Magency’s discretion to protect the community.

10. Reporting

If you see a violation:

We review reports seriously and confidentially.

11. Updates to Guidelines

These Guidelines may be updated as Magency evolves. Continued use means acceptance.
